Alistair Maddox
Alistair has 16 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector and has been behind landmark regeneration and development projects such as Broadway Market, Brixton Village and Hackney Bridge as well as consulting for many of London’s top developers, landlords and operators. Alistair’s community centric vision for development and creative approach gives him a unique take on broad range of areas from placemaking, retail and workspace.
Alistair has held a number of senior leadership roles and board positions which have sat well alongside a strong entrepreneurial streak.

Kelly COEUR-DE-LION
Kelly has 10 years’ experience working very closely with communities in the education sector, followed by 5 years' experience in commercial real estate covering property and tenant management; building operations and managing work spaces including serviced office and co-work. Kelly specialises in building safety and inclusive communities, placemaking, occupier experience, and DE&I.
Kelly leads all projects with a human-centred approach, ensuring the customer need is at the core. Kelly has identified that property management, placemaking and community engagement has come a long way in recent years, and delivering a bespoke offer that directly supports the consumer is her strong suit. Kelly thrives working closely with investors, landlords, tenants and residents to deliver their strategic goals.

Mason Vincent
Mason is a partnerships specialist connecting corporates and communities to create positive and sustainable social change with meaningful consultation and delivering schemes that give communities genuine equity in developments in their neighbourhoods. He has over 10 years’ experience supporting everyone from developers to NGOs to increase their private investment through collaboration with diverse sector bodies. He has held multiple positions managing community engagement in commercial and grass roots projects including Hackney Bridge in London and Breaking Ground in New York City.

Sarah Maddox
Originally from Australia, Sarah began her career in the UK working on stalls at East London’s famous Broadway Market. She has since been co-founder and managing director of her own hospitality concepts: award winning cocktail bar ‘Every Cloud’, ‘Silver Lining’, a restaurant included in the Michelin Guide and the hugely popular specialist Orange and Skin Contact Wine Bar under the same name. Sarah’s is currently working for the founders of Frieze Art fair, running their new restaurant ‘Toklas’ at 180 The Strand.
Sarah is exceptionally strong operationally, has an excellent vision for building a unique brand identity as well as being a trained sommelier. Sarah is competent with systems and processes covering front and back of house; building teams; identifying trends; menu development and costing; and the delivery of the highest quality service and training.
