We were appointed by Trilogy Real Estate LLP and LaSalle Investment Management to support the building operations, community management, front of house management while devising and delivering a retail support package for the public facing elements of their scheme Republic and develop it into a public facing destination.

This included: Support the vision for the direction of the site; draft and deliver annual Placemaking strategy writing a wayfinding and signage report and delivering recommendations; wellness, business and education events and activations; marketing and PR; retail business support; develop a ‘post COVID’ leasing strategy; develop a programme of works to make the public realm a more inviting environment; develop a framework to engage the local community and increase their engagement with the site as well as improving the sites public image locally; support in the hiring of high quality staff to manage the scheme and provided ‘one team’ training.
