We were appointed for our specialist knowledge and unique insight of the London food and drink scene.
We researched, developed and authored the ‘London Food Map’ to inform the decision making process for the potential development of a new food hall at Selfridges flagship store in Central London.
The 'Food Map of London' is a trend report highlighting the people, businesses and organisations at the cutting edge of London's Food Industry. We presented the report to the Selfridges senior leadership team and creative strategy team and lead them through a natural wine tasting.
