We were appointed by Wates Group to draft their market and placemaking strategy as part of their bid to deliver a large scale housing regeneration project in partnership with Westminster Council.

Proposals were required to outline improvements to the market infrastructure and operations and develop a placemaking strategy for the the regeneration of the area as part of the redevelopment of four housing estates that bordered the historic street market.
