The Amp is a newly refurbished innovation hub where creativity, training, education and commerce interlink in the heart of Whitechapel. 

We were instructed by LaSalle Investment Management and Trilogy Real Estate LLP to develop and deliver a strategy for the ground floor retail space of The Amp, a 135,000 sqft, newly refurbished innovation and education hub in Whitechapel. Focusing around a a café and community space as a focal point for interaction and collaboration.

We provided a number of flexible leasing options for the the space, including, base rent, turnover and management agreements to attract the best talent to provide a quality offer but also an opportunity to work with charities and community projects to support ESG deliverables.
