We conceived and delivered multiple successful hospitality concepts including award winning cocktail bar ‘Every Cloud’, ‘Silver Lining’, a restaurant included in the Michelin Guide and the hugely popular specialist Orange and Skin Contact Wine Bar under the same name.

Covering every area of creating and operating independent food and beverage businesses which offered fine dining, grab and go, specialist cocktails, specialist wine, retail and coffee.

Our ethos to make visitors feel like they were visiting our home. We always prioritised guest experience, if the service was not top quality, it doesn’t matter how good the product or location is.
